Wed 15th April – Colin Beggan

Colin Beggan is a musician and singer /songwriter from Knockvicar in the Boyle area of Co. Roscommon.  He plays guitar, 5 string banjo and mandolin and has long been associated with Old Timey and Bluegrass music since his early days with the Sackville String Band.

This performance will showcase a selection of songs and tunes from that genre, from driving banjo rhythms to songs of heartbreak and comedy.
